Experience Invest has helped to transform Luton’s student property market over the last few years.
The company’s latest completed development, Chapel Street (pictured), opened its doors to students attending the University of Bedfordshire in September 2016.
Designed with the student market in mind, 87 en-suite and studios have been snapped up by students who have enjoyed their first term living in the brand-new development.
Communal areas include:
- games room with a pool table and ping pong table
- cinema room
- fully equipped gym
- meeting room
- roof terrace
- on-site laundry facilities
First-class accommodation for a world ranked University
The University of Bedfordshire is ranked number 64 out of 130 universities in the UK by the Times Higher Education annual World University rankings. It has also been placed in the 601 to 800 category for the best universities in the world.
With the university competing on a worldwide stage, accommodation in Luton should reflect the first-class education available in the town.
“Our aim has always been to deliver high-quality student accommodation to suit all budgets. As our rooms are inclusive of bills and Wi-fi, students have found that our brand-new buildings offer great value for money.
"The on-site management company, 24/7 CCTV and fob lock system also provides students living away from home with a greater security,” Jerald Solis, Acquisitions and Business Development Director of Experience Invest explains.
800 new student beds in Luton
By the end of 2017, Experience Invest alongside Opto Property Group will deliver almost 800 new-build student rooms in Luton.
Chapel Street is Experience Invest’s second completed student development in Luton, joining London Park House which completed in 2014.
Opto Village - which can be seen in this video - is under construction and will be completed later this year.
To appeal to the local market, all three developments are within walking distance of the University of Bedfordshire and Luton’s town centre.
